Happy Cinco de Mayo!
I hope everyone is doing well and surviving Maycember! (I heard this term last year and it made be roar with laughter).
May is my favorite month as I love the energy of it. Life is buzzing and honestly, it makes me giddy. There is so much going on it makes my head spin, yet I wake up singing and have pep in my step.
In recent months, I have been having a whole lot of fun with the business. I have partnered with my good friends at Design Powers for some rebranding. Thanks to Evelyn, Emily and Vanessa for their work on giving SMF a glow up! Check out the website when you have a chance. These ladies crushed it!
Additionally, I have been reading a TON in effort to stay up to date on all the latest research and best practices for women in midlife.
I have been taking classes and partnering with friends from long ago to upgrade my communication/marketing skills. (I still have work to do on this for sure!)
The goal of the work has been figuring out how to best serve YOU. How to foster more connection.
The focus has been on how I can take all the of the research and information that I have been studying since 2018 and put it all together to make a difference in the lives of women going through SO MUCH CHANGE!
It is with pleasure and excitement that I am rolling out some fun events and offerings.
Here is what I want to share with you:
I have a MasterClass called ChangeHER on May 20th. This 60 minute class is all about how to support yourself as you go through change with a holistic and practical approach. I’d love for you to join and you can check out info here.
The ChangeHER Community has launched and was created to help women navigate midlife with better health, energy and resilience. There is a Founding Member rate through June 9th. Check out details here. This is my SMF baby! There is so much goodness here!

The SMF Summer Soiree to celebrate 13 years is happening on May 27th and it would be amazing to see you. RSVP
In June, I am starting a monthly Sunday Supper where women who want to connect in person, talk about what is going on in midlife and enjoy a yummy dinner can come together. Details to come!

Fun Fact (I love a statistic)
80% of medical residents feel barely comfortable discussing or treating menopause. (From AARP July 2018, Jennifer Wolf - What Doctors Don’t Know about Menopause). This is changing, but this is why I am passionate about this work. I have been working and partnering with doctors and researchers who have been leading the menoverse efforts. Many of us what you all to understand what your body is going through so you can be informed and advocate for yourself.
