Meno Mix Tape Vol. 4 Find Your People
Meno Tip - Find Your People
As we journey through the many seasons and changes of life, one of the most powerful gifts we can give ourselves is a solid support system—our people. The ones who lift us up, cheer for our wins, walk beside us during the hard times, call us out with love when we’re being a little ridiculous, listen to our stories (even the ones they’ve already heard), and remind us to keep going, even when it’s tough.
But these beautiful friendships don’t just happen—they’re nurtured. And that means allowing ourselves to be vulnerable. It means asking for help, and more importantly, accepting it. I know that’s not always easy. Asking for help can feel uncomfortable or even scary—but I promise you, it’s worth it.
In a world that’s increasingly online, I hope you take time to connect offline with the people who light you up. There’s nothing quite like a walk-and-talk catch-up, chatting over coffee or chips and dip at the kitchen table, or a spontaneous visit just because. These little moments are the ones that build a life of connection and meaning. They matter—more than we often realize.
And here’s the beautiful twist: when you show up for someone else, you might just help them more than you know. And in the process, you may feel more supported and seen yourself.
I believe in the power of community and friendship. I believe it can carry us through anything. So this week, take a moment to find your people. Thank them. Cherish them. And allow yourself to go deep—you’re worth it, and so are they.
Quote of the Week
“The love that comes from friendship is the underlying facet of a happy life.”

My Mix
This week’s playlist is for you—my friends, my heart, my SMF Community.
It was created through teary eyes and a full heart, each song a reflection of the love and gratitude I feel for the friendships that have shaped me.
As I put it together, I thought of your laughter, your support, the little moments we’ve shared. This is more than music—it’s a thank you, wrapped in melody. Enjoy the For the Friendships playlist.
I hope you have a great week. Thank you, as always, for being a part of this community and for your support. For those who are attending the SMF Summer Soiree tomorrow, I can’t wait to see you!
