Welcome to SeaChange Retreats by Stephanie Mitchell, founder of ChangeHER.
SeaChange is more than just a retreat. It’s a supportive place where women in midlife can show up as themselves, feel seen, and leave inspired.
This retreat is for the woman who does it all and rarely pauses for herself. You move through your days caring for everyone else, juggling work, family, and responsibilities, yet deep down you know it’s time to slow down and listen to what you need. You may be in midlife, feeling the pull to shift gears, to break the cycle of always pushing and finally create space for rest, reflection, and renewal. Over three quiet winter days, you’ll have the chance to move your body with intention, journal your thoughts, reflect on where you are and where you’re headed, and engage in meaningful conversations with women walking a similar path. If you’ve been craving stillness, clarity, and connection, this retreat was designed for you.
Through a blend of mindful movement, guided reflection, and unhurried stillness, you’ll have the space to look at your current season of life and explore where you’d like to take it. Together, we’ll uncover small, sustainable steps to support your fitness, mindfulness, sleep, and nutrition, the building blocks of true self-care.

Retreat Accommodations and Weekend Experience
Our accommodations are at a lovely home called Vitamin Bay. There are 8 bedrooms (five king beds, one queen, one bedroom with bunk beds, and pyramid bunks). There are seven and half bathrooms. Five of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Once you have registered, you will be contacted about your room preference.
This retreat isn’t about doing more, it’s about creating space for what matters most- TO YOU!
Remember, comfort zones don't expand through information alone. They grow through action.
And the beautiful path to energy and confidence? It's built one mindful choice at a time, and we'll walk it together.
Leave Duck refreshed, centered, and ready to take one small, intentional act of care at a time.
This weekend is not intended to be a complete transformation.
This retreat is designed to allow time for you to slow down and to reconnect with what matters most and determine how you prioritize yourself when you return home.

7:30am-10:00am: Gentle awakening. Breakfast, breath work, and a beach walk.
11:00am-Noon: Wellness Workshop
Noon-1:00pm: Lunch
1:30pm-3pm: Wellness Workshop
6:00pm-8:30pm: Dinner, tea, conversation and relax.
4:00pm: Arrive to Vitamin Bay and settle in.
6:00pm: Enjoy a light meal, evening tea, introductions and conversation.
8:00pm: Weekend intention setting.

The Winter Wellness Retreat is an intimate experience designed to help you pause and listen to your body, your mind, and the quiet call for what’s next.

SeaChange Retreats are for the woman who does it all and rarely pauses for herself. You move through your days caring for everyone else, juggling work, family, and responsibilities, yet deep down you know it’s time to slow down and listen to what you need. At this retreat, our intention is for all attendees to participate in the meals, conversations, movement and additional activities.

Nope! Just yourself and an open heart. If you have any comforts from home you wish to bring, please feel free to do so.

The cost is $899. Your spot can be reserved by paying in full or with a deposit of $150. If a deposit is paid, the remaining balance of $749 will be due 1/15/2026.

There are no refunds. If you cancel your reservation in advance or at the last minute, your payment will not be refunded but can be applied to a future event. Thank you for your understanding.
