After years of planning, researching, and dreaming, I’m finally launching a monthly membership program!
What excites me most is that I’m combining the things that mean the most to me: movement, mindfulness, and menopause education from the perspective of a wellness/fitness professional.

SMF MEMBERSHIP FAQS

Yes! Memberships are automatic recurring payments each month. All four sessions must be completed within four weeks, and the in-person or hybrid sessions can not be rolled into the next month.

I’m on a mission to help midlife women consistently manage their health and have community.
I help women holistically approach middle age and become more confident, present, and in flow with their lives. My titles include trainer, ayurvedic practitioner, balance bringer, consistency coach, wellness expert, wife, mom, and friend… among others!
A solid community of women to talk with and confide in is extremely helpful and valuable.
If you are experiencing changes that catch you off guard, know you are not alone. Many of us are trying to understand what’s happening with our bodies.
In the SMF Membership, we support and motivate one another as we continue to bloom in the next version of ourselves.
Taking care of ourselves with exercise, fueling our bodies with healthy food, getting good rest and practicing mindfulness techniques are essential. All of these help us tend to our ever-changing bodies.
